Mark Buchanan Law Office

Experience

During my judicial clerkship in Denver, Colorado I was employed as a law clerk for a trial judge. Working on the inside, as the judge’s legal advisor, gave me valuable insights into the workings of a courtroom, which I have carried over and used throughout my career. After the United States Congress passed legislation giving employees the right to a trial by jury on employment discrimination claims, I began specializing in employee rights. I was later employed in the Kansas City office of Sprenger and Lang, PLLC, based in Washington, D.C.

My emphasis today remains on the trial of employment discrimination and whistle blowing lawsuits. Our firm has successfully prosecuted many cases for age, race, and sex discrimination. I am a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association, and have served as its Ethics Reporter for the Eighth Circuit. Please contact me by e-mail or phone to talk about your case. I pledge to give your case personal attention. You won't be handed off to a paralegal or associate with little or no trial experience in employment law.
